 Blanca Esther Salvador Martínez, was born in the City of Oaxaca, to an Oaxacan mother and father, she studied a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Social Sciences at the “Benito Juárez” Autonomous University of Oaxaca (Generation 86-91); Specialization in International Law, Master of Laws and Doctorate in Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, graduated in both with Honorable Mention; He has completed various postgraduate studies in Mexico and abroad such as the Postgraduate Course in European Community Law; Latin American Integration course at the University of Salamanca, in Spain; International Law courses at the Academy of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, belonging to the United Nations Organization, based in Holland; Diploma in International Law, Diploma in Foreign Trade; Diploma in European Studies at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico; Diploma in Human Rights at the Iberoamerican University. In 2012 he received recognition from the National Council of Science and Technology as a Level 1 National Researcher.

She has academic preparation in foreign trade, we can mention the Diploma in Foreign Trade at the Antigua National School of Jurisprudence belonging to the UNAM, the Diploma in Foreign Trade at the Faculty of Economics of the UNAM, the Diploma in Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as various courses on the Free Trade Agreement, Rules of Origin, Tariff Classification, among others.

She has been a professor at differents universities in Mexico, including: The National Autonomous University of Mexico, the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, the Ibero-American University, the Postgraduate College, the Regional University of the Southeast and the Anáhuac University of Oaxaca

She has given multiple conferences invited by the House of Legal Culture of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in Oaxaca and Quintana Roo. She is the author of general circulation articles, specialized scientific articles and author of the books: “International Law and International Human Rights Law: the breaking of a paradigm”; “Methodological guide to legal research works”, “Methodological guide to legal research”; “The ABCs of the mezcal business” and recently “The E of mezcal: export.”

Professionally, he worked in the Tax Administration Service in the Central Administration of Foreign Trade belonging to the Legal Directorate of Revenue; at the Salina Cruz Customs; at the Ministry of Economy in the International Trade Practices Unit; She was Director of Trade and Export Promotion in the Government of the State of Oaxaca; Honorary Director of the Pymexporta Oaxaca Center; and for more than 10 years she has been an independent consultant in industrial and intellectual property, corporate law and foreign trade, particularly for companies in the mezcal industry.

He has complementary courses at the Matías Romero Institute of Diplomatic Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Mexico. He has graduate studies in tax law, private law; Urban and Real Estate Law; Human Rights; Negotiation, Mediation and Building of agreements by the Center for Research and Economic Studies (CIDE), one of the 10 best study centers in Mexico; He has participated as a speaker in different legal forums and taught classes on International Law and Private International Law at Anahuac University, in Oaxaca. He has published in specialized law magazines. He has worked in Coordinated of Oaxaca S.A. de C.V.” as an Analyst in Labor Relations; at the National Institute of Migration (INM), as Deputy Officer in Chiapas; in the Mexican Association of Wind Energy A.C., as Real Estate Analyst and Renewable Energy; and in the General Coordination of International Affairs of the Government of the State of Oaxaca, as Head of the Technical Unit, in charge of the revision of inter-institutional agreements with other countries, as well as the attention of Oaxacan Migrants in the United States of America. He is a member of the Conflict Resolution Association A.C. (ARCO), Member of the Institute of Research and International Studies A.C. and of the Mexican Bar, A.C. (BMA)

She is a designer and graphic artist, specialist in corporate image and master in Marketing. The perfect mix for creating branding and advertising. He has worked with printers, government companies and individuals, and has also been a teacher. He has more than 20 years of work experience and for the last 5 years has been collaborating in the production of mezcal labels, complying with the regulations for its commercialization.

Research, observation and knowledge of the markets when carrying out a graphic project have led her to become a brand consultant. Deeply understand consumer psychology and market strategy. Every design he creates is a call to action, a bridge that connects brands with audiences in an authentic and persuasive way.

She is a projector of visual stories, a visionary strategist and a creator of unforgettable experiences.
